The Centre for Applied Autonomous Sensor Systems at Örebro University is looking for a post-doctoral researcher to work within the newly granted EU project Movecare. The task for the researcher is to contribute towards an automated reasoning system that isable to reason about heterogeneous information regarding elderly patients in the home. The objective is to reason about the current state of the elderly person as measured by a sensor network based on stored information about the person, medical conditions, and habits. We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher who is familiar with automated reasoning techniques, including but not limited toontology based reasoning. Familiarity with other types of reasoning methods that include temporal and/or spatial reasoning is a plus.
